Myself

Health & fitness is a strong passion of mine and is what I believe to be the fundimentals of a long and happy life. I am greatful as my profession allows me to influence, inspire and educate others to develop a similar mindset towards their own health & fitness.

After completing a Diploma in Applied Fitness at the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology, I am now working at the CLM Health & Fitness Centre in Richmond, Nelson. I have the pleasure of working as a Fitness Consultant, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. This allows me to work with a variety of different people on a weekly basis, which keeps my job intesting and uplifting.

Fitness History

  • Completed the Mahana half maration (2012)
  • NABBA Novice Figure Bodybuilding (placing 1st in Nelson & 2nd in Nationals) (2014)
  • Certified as a Les Mills Bodypump & Grit Instructor (2016-2017)

Les Mills has encouraged my personal growth in many ways. The vibe,energy and friendship in these classes is something that really drives me. I currently have the pleasure of instructing 9 classes per week at CLM Health & Fitness, which includes; Bodypump, Grit Cardio, Grit Plyo and CXWORX. 

My Vision

Throughout the last few years I have been continuously learning and gaining experience in different areas of the Fitness Industry. Everybody has different priorities, interests and needs - therefore it is essential to find a style of training that suits you and fits in around your own lifestyle.

Personally, I've found health and fitness key to living a happy life. With working full time in a gym, I am very lucky to be surrounded by so many like-minded people who share the same passions. Everybodys fitness journey is different and I am fortunate to be a part of so many. This is something that I am truely grateful for. My vision is to give back what was given to me - by educating, inspiring and supporting those who desire to lead a happy and healthy lifestyle.
